Tiling, plastering and interior finishing, with licensed trades coordinated where the work requires them.

Weathered plaster over brick, with cracks, missing sections and patch repairs.

WHAT’S BEHIND IT

Preparation decides how long it lasts

A bathroom can look sound and still hide problems underneath. Tiles are only as good as the bed beneath them, and the bed is only as good as the sheet and frame behind it. That’s why I put the time into preparation and suitable materials, so the result is durable rather than simply new on the surface.

05 — PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND REGULATED WORK

Who does the regulated work

Plumbing, electrical and other regulated components of a bathroom renovation are completed by appropriately licensed specialists where required. I may coordinate their involvement so the work fits the renovation sequence, but I don’t carry out that work myself, and I don’t offer a 24-hour emergency plumbing or electrical service.
