How much disruption should we plan for?
Demolition is the loud week. After that the trades are quieter and the access path stays protected. If the house has only one bathroom, we plan the strip-out and rough-in so the toilet stays connected as long as the sequence allows, and tell you the exact days it will be out.
Can the layout change, or must fixtures stay put?

What happens if something is found behind the walls?
