Bathroom Renovations in Malvern

Most bathrooms I’m asked to look at are outdated, hard to keep clean, awkwardly laid out or starting to deteriorate. A complete renovation deals with all of that in one go: stripping back old finishes, checking what’s underneath, preparing sound surfaces and finishing with suitable materials.

You deal directly with me from the first on-site assessment through to completion. The person who looks at your bathroom is the person responsible for the work, so you always know who to ask and what’s happening next.

On-site Assessment and Quotation

I don’t give instant fixed prices. I inspect the bathroom first, look at the existing conditions and talk through what you’d like, then prepare a written quotation based on what I’ve actually seen.

Wall and Floor Tiling

Tiling is a core part of my practical experience. A good result starts with a flat, sound surface and a properly bedded tile. Set-out, adhesive coverage and straight grout lines all count.

Plasterboard, Plastering and Interior Finishing

Walls and ceilings often need attention once old fixtures come out. I install plasterboard, plaster and finish interior surfaces so the room is properly ready for tile and paint.

That’s why I inspect before I quote.

Costs vary with the existing conditions, the materials chosen, the preparation needed and the work involved. A detailed quotation generally needs an on-site assessment.

05 — LICENSED SPECIALISTS

Plumbing, Electrical and Regulated Work

I don’t personally carry out plumbing, electrical or other regulated work that needs a licence. Where your renovation includes those parts, appropriately licensed specialists complete them, and I can coordinate their involvement with the rest of the work.

I also don’t offer a 24-hour emergency plumbing or electrical service. For an active leak or an electrical fault, please contact a licensed plumber or electrician directly.
